Is ZeroSole a permanent solution and do I need to keep using it?
ZeroSole addresses the primary cause (pressure) that creates corns and calluses. As long as the underlying pressure pattern remains (due to your foot structure, gait, or footwear), continued use of ZeroSole helps prevent recurrence. Many customers use it as a long-term management solution.
How do I customise ZeroSole?
How do I customise ZeroSole?
ZeroSole can be customised at home in five simple steps:
- Trim the insole to fit your shoe.
- Mark the area where you experience pain or pressure using the supplied sticker.
- Step on the insole with the sticker touching it to transfer the mark.
- Identify the hexagonal cells directly beneath the marked area.
- Remove the marked cells to create an off-loading cavity beneath the pressure point.
The remaining cells stay in place to support the rest of your foot.
Do I need to remove my existing insole?
Do I need to remove my existing insole?
