Customise your ZeroSole at home by following our simple five-step process.
1. Trim the insole to fit your shoe
Use the size guide to trim your insole so it fits easily into your shoe.
2. Place the sticker where it hurts
Take a sticker from the pack and place it directly over the painful area on your foot. Use more stickers if you need to cover a larger area. Remove the double-sided sticker tabs.
3. Step on the insole
Place the insole on the floor, or in your shoe, and stand on the black top-surface of the insole. This transfers the sticker to the corresponding area of the insole.
4. Identify which cells to remove
Flip the insole over to expose the hexagon cells. Identify the corresponding cells situated directly beneath the sticker marker.
5. Remove the marked cells
Pull out each hexagonal cell individually. Start conservatively - you can always remove more cells depending on the size of your pain-point. Place the customised insole into your shoe.
